Christmas Fair in Budapest centre

Every year there is a Christmas fair in Budapest, at the Vörösmarty square in December.
2010 it is being held for the 12th time, with events.
The main attraction will be the traditional Christmas Market on Vörösmarty Square, near the Chain Bridge. This well established event – one of the largest of its type in Europe – has become an indispensable part of the build-up to the festive season. It is the capital’s largest public event outside the main tourist season, and is very popular with locals and visitors alike.

You can taste here wine or eat something too, if you want it. There are a lot of different sausages, wines and brandys too in the middle of the square. And you can buy presents too of course.
