Arguably the most beautiful spot in Budapest is the Savoyan Terrace in the Castle of Buda. This spectacular place will be the venue of the second Palinka and Sausage Festival this october. The Hungarian Palinka Marketing non profit organization created this major cultural and gastronomical event not only to uphold traditions, but also to acquaint them with our national and international visitors and guests. As it has been with our past events, demand from manufacturers was high, but due to the constraints of the venue, we were forced to limit the number of exhibitors and vendors to the finest fifteen of the distillers and ten of the very best of the sausage makers.
The festival is an excellent opportunity to discover the world of Hungarian palinkas and sausages and their cenutries old traditions and exceptional recipes. Secret ingredients and special preaparing make these products not only unique but also class them among the worlds premium brands.
