The Finnish simphonic metal band comes to Budapest again.

After the election Budapest has a new Major. His name is István Tarlós. He is 62 years old. He was the major of Óbuda (the 3rd district of Budapest) for 16 years, then he leaded the fraction of the right-handed party “FIDESZ” at the City Hall. This party won the parlamentary election in this spring and has 68 % at the Hungarian Parliament. 

Now this party won the local election in 3 October 2010, in the capital too.

Every year there is a Christmas fair in Budapest, at the Vörösmarty square in December.
2010 it is being held for the 12th time, with events.
The main attraction will be the traditional Christmas Market on Vörösmarty Square, near the Chain Bridge. This well established event – one of the largest of its type in Europe – has become an indispensable part of the build-up to the festive season. It is the capital’s largest public event outside the main tourist season, and is very popular with locals and visitors alike.
